Care instructions
Fondant must NOT be refrigerated.
All parcels will contain storage and handling instructions.
What is the "best before" time frame with fondant?
Nearly all the fondant creations have a 6-8 month shelf life.
International Shipping
Please allow time for international shipping & customs, as shipping costs are not refundable. It will take a minimum of 7-10 business days for your package to be delivered once it has left me.
I'm always happy to discuss any issues with delivery.
My fondant cake topper was damaged in the mail, what can I do about it?
If this is the case, I am truly sorry your piece was damaged. All items are packed in good condition and packed with care. However, sometimes the mail is a little rough. If you have a small break, just follow the instructions in your parcel.
If it looks unacceptable after repair or it is beyond repair, just send me a message. I will do my best to get a new piece to you ASAP (if there is time), or we can discuss a return. Please don't hesitate to contact me.
Is my fondant cake topper edible?
Yes, all the creations are made of edible fondant and food color of the highest quality. However, as there are sharp objects inside (toothpicks for stability), that’s why I do not recommend eating them. If you still want your child to eat it, please send me a message that I can advise you which parts of the creation to avoid or to eat very carefully.
All fondant cake toppers are made to order, so from the moment you purchase it, it has a shelf life of 6-8 months.

Gift wrapping is available. Please send me a message before or after placing an order.
Return & Refund
I do not accept returns or exchanges, as every order is personalized. However, if your order was damaged in mail and cannot be repaired or is not in an acceptable condition, I am happy to make you a full refund. Please contact me, and I will be happy to help.
