At time of purchase I sent a note asking about shipping times because I needed it for a project, which wasn't responded to. Sent another email, finally responded to on day 4, by which time I asked for it to be refunded (which it was). Seller seems like a nice person, but timely communication it would have saved me a lot of hassle.

All domestic orders will usually ship out within 2-4 BUSINESS days, starting after the day of cleared payment. Please send a convo if you need faster service.

All international orders ship out once a week. Please convo me if you need faster service. I can usually accomidate special requests. International mail can take a LONG time to some countries. Please purchase insurance if you do not trust your local mail system. I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR LOST PACKAGES-UNLESS I MAKE A MISTAKE AND CAN NOT GIVE YOU TRACKING INFO. ONCE I SEND A PACKAGE, I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THE POSTAL SYSTEM. IT IS UP TO THE BUYER AND THE POST OFFICE. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN OFTEN, BUT IT DOES HAPPEN. PLEASE BUY INSURANCE. Thank you!!

Buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING charges. If your package is returned to me as addressed as undeliverable, the buyer pays to have the package resent. If you choose to not have the package sent-the origional shipping fee will not be refunded. If you decide to exchage your item-you are responsible for all the shipping fees associated. Thank you.

Shipping offer for over 60.00 is not valid on kraft boxes, large kraft bags, custom orders and tape dispensers-due to high shipping costs.

All shipping prices are estimated by weight. If your package exceeds the weight estimate and the difference is more that 2.00$, you will be sent a Paypal money request for the difference. If it is less than 2.00 I cover the difference.

Please expect some delays during bad weather...It has been a crazy winter here in Iowa!! If you need an item in a hurry, please contact me.

I only ship to Paypal confirmed adresss. I do this for the buyer protection program. If you need shipping to an unconfirmed adress, please contact me. I WILL ONLY SHIP TO YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS, UNLESS YOU CONTACT ME TO SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ONE. Thank you.

I'm sorry, but I can't be responsible for lost, stolen and damaged packages. I will offer as much support as I can if the post office makes an error, but once I send a package it is out of my hands. Please let me know if you would like to purchase insurance for your package to protect your order. By purchasing from me-you agree to this policy. A refund will only be given if I can not provide a tracking number for your package.

Please do not leave unfair negative feedback for items lost in the mail. After I send a package it is up to the buyer and USPS. I will offer as much assistance as possible. By choosing not to purchase insurance, your taking a chance on a lost package.

For International orders...your package will be marked shipped when it is packaged and ready to go. It doesn't neccesarily mean that it will ship on that day. If you need exact day of shipping, please send a convo.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. If I make a mistake and items are not as described, I will issue a refund, after merchandise has been returned.

Please note: I have only had one problem with a customer not wanting washi tape due to color differences. Every computer will display colors differently-than the exact colors of tape or other items. Please consider this before buying.

Buyer is in charge of all return postage. Please be aware or this.

The BUYER is in charge off all shipping expenses- if an exchange is allowed. Please double check that the items are what you want before you buy.

All special order items are non-returnable. Please double check to make sure that merchandise is exactly what you want before making a special order. Thank you.
