Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
If a return is accepted, buyer will pay for the shipping costs. Item must be in new condition upon return. Any damage in shipping does not qualify for return. Any item on sale is not eligible for return.
Payment
Cancellations are not accepted. I accept PayPal, as well as credit and debit cards. You may pay using your credit or debit card through Paypal, if desired. You do not need a PayPal account in order to use PayPal.
Shipping
VirginiaLynnArt ships within 1-3 days after payment is made.
