"We wanted to launch Sugarcrane for a couple of reasons:

First, to bring our design ideas to life; we're design and fashion geeks at heart, so making something tangible for others to enjoy is very much a part of who we are - this is another creative outlet,

Second, we wanted to make things that were unique and felt personal; we were tired of the mass-consumer, cheaply-made yet expensive products we saw everywhere - our stuff is thus strictly limited-edition, and made to exacting standards,

At the end of the day, our products are ultimately for people like us, who have a strong opinion and appreciation of design, fashion, and attention to detail in both.

We hope our customers enjoy wearing our products as much as we do in creating them."

DO I NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE MY CREDIT CARD?

No, you do not need a PayPal account. Once you are taken to the PayPal site, you'll be given the option to pay with your credit card without signing up for an account.
Shipping
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed from Friday after 12 PM PST to Sunday will begin processing on the following Monday. We will contact you via email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

We can not ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO.
Refunds and Exchanges
All return and/or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Sugarcrane is not responsible for lost or damaged-in-transit merchandise, so we recommend using a delivery service that can track packages as well as insure them for the full retail amount. Items received damaged can not be returned or exchanged.

Returns: returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. All belts/buckles must be returned in new, saleable condition with its original slip-cloth. Damaged or heavily worn product will not be accepted, and returns missing slip-cloths will be assessed a 10% re-stocking fee.

Exchanges: exchanges are accepted within 14 days according to the same terms for a return, and can be applied towards a variation of the same item or as payment towards another item.

Refunds: refunds will be given in the original form of payment. All shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

HOW TO RETURN

Prior to sending the item back for return or exchange, please send an email to customerservice [!at] sugarcrane.com for an RMA # along with reason for return/exchange. Once you have an RMA # carefully pack the merchandise and purchase invoice, and mail to the following address:
