Shipping did take some time (I think the ETSY estimate was ~3 days to ship and ~5-7 days to deliver and was more like 4 weeks to ship and 2-3 weeks to be delivered USA to Canada). Not an issue for me but something to ask about if you're on a timeline.

Do NOT Count weekends, BUSINESS DAYS are Monday-Friday.
Of course, if you have a deadline to meet and need your order quickly, I am perfectly capable of shipping orders in a pinch. Just let me know your needs.
Allow up to 7 BUSINESS DAYS for CUSTOM ORDERS to SHIP.
After your item has shipped, allow 3-5 Business Days to receive it in the mail.
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please let me know within 12 hours of making it! As long as you inform me in that time frame, I will refund your payment.
Textile & Twine ships using the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. I have no problem at all using Express or Priority shipping, delivery confirmation, insurance, or any other postal services if that is the buyer's wish. Of course, the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost. I do everything possible to meet any deadlines you may have, but please work with me. If I email you or convo you for information I need to complete your order on time and I never hear back from you, I am not responsible for the missed deadline. So please respond quickly to messages, folks! :)
