Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Item arrived damaged
Send us a message within 14 days of receiving your item with a photo of the damaged item and we will do our best to try and resolve the issue.
When your order ships you should receive and email that includes your USPS tracking number.
If you accidentally entered the wrong address when filling out your transaction, please send us a message ASAP with the correct address and we will happily update the shipping address for your order.
If we have already shipped your order you will be responsible for contacting USPS and if the package returns to us you will be responsible for paying for return shipping.
Once we drop your package off at USPS its delivery speed is out of our control.
We are more than happy to help you locate your tracking number and assist you with the shipping process but keep in mind that USPS is a separate entity from SugarPopFizz.
If your order was returned to us you will be responsible for return shipping and we are unable to refund any shipping costs.
Please contact USPS if you fear your package is lost in the mail. It is not SugarPopFizz's responsibility to contact USPS about a lost or missing package.
I do provide international shipping services. Please respect that I cannot declare your custom forms as a "gift" and/or state that the package is worth less than it is.
I also ask that international customers are patient when it comes to the arrival of their goods. It can take up to a month to receive your package from the United States if it's being shipped abroad.
Regarding USPS custom numbers: It is normal for international packages to appear to have stopped being tracked on the customs number when they leave the United States. This is due to the fact that once the package leaves the United States it gets transferred to your local postal service and is no longer being tracked by USPS.
