Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Refunds are only available if:
- Interior merchandise is received damaged. If the outside packaging has been damaged by UPS/FedEx please do not accept, send back and contact us within five (5) business days. Refunds on shipping charges due to damaged merchandise will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Refunds cannot be made due to UPS/FedEx issues. They do not have any guarantees on perishable products so if a package is delayed by weather problems they do not issue refunds.
- Ordered goods do not match the items received. You must contact Sugar Revolution within five (5) business days of receipt of goods.
You are responsible for making sure the confirmation email you receive from us is entirely accurate, including your information, items ordered, and all customization details including spelling and grammar on messages. Being error-free is a priority to us, but it is your responsibility to check the product for accuracy and offer Sugar Revolution the first opportunity to make changes at no cost to you.
• Making Changes •
Any changes that are not on this confirmation email will result in a new order being written to adjust cost, and a new confirmation email will be sent. Changes made after production has begun may incur additional cost.
• Order Status •
You should receive an order confirmation mail within 24 hours of sending payment. Additionally, if you have Paypal notifications turned on, you'll receive a Paypal receipt.
• Cancelation •
Please contact Sugar Revolution immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If production has already begun on your order, full payment is required and you will receive items paid for.
Orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of you receiving a confirmation email from us. We do not have a storage of products; each item is made specifically for each order. Production begins near immediately upon confirming an order.
We encourage advance ordering to eliminate disappointment, especially during holidays.
If you have a rush order, please convo or email us directly and we will get back to you ASAP (usually within 12 hours). We cannot guarantee that we can take a rush order, but will do what we can.
Addressee must be available to sign. We cannot be responsible for orders left unattended at the front door. We cannot be responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged after delivery. We cannot be responsible for packages that have been returned to us as undeliverable. The customer will still be charged, and for any costs in re-shipping.
We cannot guarantee orders not received due to incorrect shipping information or delays due to weather conditions or other reasons that are out of our control.
To ensure that your order is delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, please be careful when entering all information and double check it once again when you receive your order confirmation. You must notify us immediately if there are any typos or errors. There may be shipping charges for address correction if it has already been handed to UPS/FedEx and this may delay the shipment an additional day. This cost will be passed on to you if the error is on your part.

If there is anything you would like to have made custom beyond the options available on this store, including design, ingredient choice, flavors, packaging, etc, then please convo or email us. We welcome custom orders but cannot guarantee that we can accept every order.
