We ship all of our items FIRST CLASS USPS domestic with average 3-5 days delivery. You will receive a tracking number in a separate email once your order has shipped.

Need It Faster?
We can get it out to you sooner, if it is ready to ship and we make these arrangements. Upon request, you may add Priority or Overnight Express with additional costs to your order. Please message us before you order with any questions concerning this, we strive to please all our customers so JUST ASK and we will try our best to fulfill your request.

When do we ship?
Everyday except weekends and Holidays. Please order accordingly to meet your specific needs.

International Shipping?
SugarShoppe does ship International via USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL. We have found this to be the most affordable, however, it does not come with tracking or insurance. You are responsible for TAXES & DUTIES in your country.

Canada - Tracking is available for the package while it's in the U.S.

When can I expect my package, after it ships?
Average 3-5 days for U.S Customers
Or up to 2-4 weeks for International Orders.
This is a average timeline, it can be longer during holidays and busy seasons or if customs decides to hold on to it for a while...

Every package is carefully processed with the upmost care. We do our best to weather proof the package and secure it to transit safely.

It is your responsibility to track your package and notify us if something seems "off" during transit. We will do our best to help you. However, it is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct. SugarShoppe is not responsible for lost packages.

What if my package is returned for insufficient address?
You are responsible to pay all shipping and processing fees that apply for us to REship back your items to the correct address.

We offer insurances on your packages please contact us so that we can make you a custom listing accordingly.
Refunds and Exchanges

The item you have purchased is the item you will receive.

I will exchange an item for you, IF I HAVE MADE AN ERROR. I do not accept returns for a refund. No exchanges will be made if you measure incorrectly, so please be careful to order the correct size and if you have any questions regarding this please ask PRIOR to ordering.
