Hello and welcome to Sugarush. We design and create gifts that are fun and full of colour and hope you see something you like!

We are two English designers living in Norfolk with our children, who together with their friends, are a constant source of feedback and quality control.

Payment
Please make payment via Paypal when placing your order, so that we can dispatch your goods without delay.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card; simply click next to the PayPal and credit card symbols during checkout. You will be given the option to pay by credit card without a Paypal account.
Shipping
We aim to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order by Royal Mail 2nd class post for UK orders and standard Airmail for international orders which is a non trackable service.

If you have any particular delivery requirements please let us know and we're happy to help. Goods will be packed to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.

We offer an "International Tracked Service" to most but not all destinations at an additional charge which is available as an option at the checkout.

We aim to ship within 3 - 5 working days for personalised sacks and 1-3 working days for non-personalised. We will do our very best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date.


CHRISTMAS SACKS - INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Standard Airmail which is a non-trackable service - delivery to Europe on average 3-5 working days with USA and Canada 4-7 working days and Australia 5-10 working days.

Upgrades available on request. We would recommend upgrading your postage to a signed for or tracked service during the busy run up to Christmas. If you have any particular delivery requirements please let us know and we're happy to help. Goods will be packed to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.

CHRISTMAS SACKS - UK DELIVERY

As standard, Royal Mail 2nd class "signed for" post - usually delivered within 3-5 working days.

We always obtain proof of posting for orders. If in the unlikely event your goods don't arrive within the average time period and you've placed your order during the busy Christmas period (December) and have not opted for a tracked service we are unable to guarantee the delivery of a replacement sack before Christmas.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer a 'no quibble guarantee' you can return your goods within 7 working days and get a refund, we don't refund postage charges.

Please note, we are unable to offer refunds for personalised goods.

We are sure that you will be delighted with your goods but in the unlikely event that you are not, return them (we suggest a "signed for" service to make sure they are delivered) in a resalable condition and the cost of your goods will be refunded.

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service, if you are happy with your goods we would really appreciate your feedback. If for some reason there's a problem with your order or you are not happy with your goods, we would ask that you contact us as soon as possible, so that we have an opportunity to rectify the matter before leaving feedback.
