The reason I learned to knit and sew is simple...~ I wanted to create something exactly to my liking.
I used to admire knit items or unique dresses that I would never be able to buy. Either because they were not affordable, or because I did not know where to find such things.

My hobby, Reenactment of the Middleages, requires garb. But 300 Euros for a full set of garb was just not affordable. So out of desperation, I got a sewing machine and made my own.
And it turned out better than I thought!
I started creating garb for other Reenactors, made about 40 pieces in one year, and learned so much doing so.

Since then I have moved on to creating modern items, but often with a nostalgic twist. A neckline or waist, or pleats inspired by fashion of the past.

I started knitting for the same reason. I wanted to knit something for my unborn son, so I taught myself how to knit.

My really strong desire to create something, pushes me to improve quickly in both. I will knit or sew what I "want", not what I feel is easily done :)

Welcome to my little Etsy shop! I do my very best to provide you with lovely handmade, homemade special items. The type you can not find in stores.
Because they are handmade, please understand that they won't look machine made, which does not mean they are made sloppy or of lesser quality.

I buy all my yarn and fabric at local shops or fairs, or from a trusted source online and only use the most beautiful materials. You can chose from a wide array of brands and colors, to guarantee you get exactly what you want.

For any questions you can also email me: SuirenWaterLily7 [!at]

You can return the item if you are not happy with it for some reason and I will either refund you upon receipt or see if I can fix the problem.
But please contact me before leaving feedback and the item needs to be in the same condition it arrived.
I accept Paypal and bank transfers at the moment. Your item will be sent out, or for custom orders, started once the payment has been received.
I always try to ship at the lowest cost for you. If you want a different shipping method for any reason, contact me and I can create a listing to cover additional costs of expedited shipping for example!
It is your item so you should be able to decide how it is shipped.
Additional items will often be shipped at no or lesser charge if possible.

My standard method is the Deutsche Post (German Postal Service) letter.
