Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
■Please contact me within 7 days of receipt on ETSY.
■Items need to be returned, preferably in their original packaging, within 10 days, however, earrings are not returnable due to sanitary reasons.
■I cannot refund shipping amount unless it was an error on my part.
■If it is a simple return, I will reimburse the cost of the item minus the shipping fees.
■Refunds/exchanges do not apply if packages are lost or undelivered.
■Sometimes things happen! If your jewelry design has a defect from just normal wear and tear within 30 days of purchase (remember some items may not be meant to be worn in water), you may return it to me and I will either fix or replace the item, or offer you a refund (again minus the shipping fee). You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase with your credit card. Simply select the PayPal option upon check-out and follow the link underneath the PayPal login for paying with a credit card without a PayPal account.
If payment is not received within 48 hours and no other arrangements have been made, the item will be re-listed.

DOMESTIC (US) SHIPPING
I ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. This does not include insurance towards loss and damage. If you require that, please contact me BEFORE placing your order.
First Class Mail International airmail has no way to track delivery and it does not include insurance for losses/damages during shipment. If there are any Customs/Duties fees, they are the responsibility of the buyer. It is very important that you let me know your item arrived if you order international.

■Love something you want held for a few days? Please e-mail me to reserve the item! Just please be sure to come back and purchase that item or if you change your mind, to let me know. I will hold reserves for 3 days.
■For Buyers: When you receive your order, I encourage you to leave feedback on Etsy. Your feedback tells me that you have received your items, are happy with the merchandise, and consider our transaction complete. I leave feedback once your end of the purchase is complete.
