Sarah created the absolute most beautiful hankerchiefs for all of my bridesmaids, my groom and myself. I sent her an image of my invitation and she took the design and translated it into beautiful needle work. My bridesmaids were speechless, and refused to use the hankies during the ceremony because they didn't want to mess them up. Most importantly, I gave Sarah my order two months before my wedding, and she completed 7 beautiful hankies in plenty of time. She kept me informed of her progress the entire way and refunded me shipping when she over estimated. Sarah is a beautiful craftswoman and an honest seller with fantastic customer service. I highly recommend.

Accepted payment methods

I accept Paypal and money orders. If you prefer to pay by check, you must get permission first.
I must receive payment, (or notification that payment is in the mail,) within 3 business days of purchase.
I tax products sold to clients within Wyoming. Sales tax rate is 6%.
Cancellation policy is case by case. I will always be as understanding and reasonable as possible.
I generally ship via United States Postal Service, but on occasion I may use FedEx or UPS. Rush orders may be available, but this service is available only after a conversation with me. I always endevor to pack items in order for them to arrive in their origional condition. If you desire insurance to be added to an item, I will do so at an additional charge. Otherwise I am not responcible for items after they have been shipped, (although of course if there is a problem, I will do my best to remedy the issue.)
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges will be made on a case by case basis. There are no returns on custom requested items, on personalized items, or on perishable items.
