Robert Sukrachand is an awesome craftsman. Our custom king sized bed is handsome, strong and a perfect fit for our aesthetic, lifestyle, and our mattress! We chose a natural mattress from Coco-Mat, which highly recommends 2" wood slats for support. We searched high and low for the right frame. Once we found and contacted Sukrachand we visited the shop and began drafting a custom design derived from his previous work. He was professional, clear, and obviously committed to the craft. After what we thought would be a long wait (1.5 months during holiday time) our amazing bed was hand delivered and we couldn't be happier! This bed is timeless, and worth every cent.

We had nothing less than a perfect experience working with Bobby, and we love our new bed! The design, workmanship, attention to detail, speed of completion, and communication were all flawless. Bobby made a beautiful bed, arranged for careful shipping to California, and provided great instructions for assembly (including a video in which he demonstrated anything he thought might be tricky). We are extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Thank you Bobby!

I design and build furniture in Brooklyn, NY. All of my work is made to order and built to last. Please message me for more information on the commissioning process and lead times. Depending on my production schedule, overall turnaround time may be anywhere between 4-12 weeks.

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card
  • Pay with American Express
  • Pay with Discover
  • Pay with PayPal
Payment
I typically accept payment via Paypal, but if an alternative method is preferred please contact me directly.

Depending on the scope of the project a deposit may be due to begin production, with the balance to be paid upon delivery. Once production has begun the order may not be cancelled.
Shipping
Every piece ships differently, and it is always quoted custom based on the size of the piece and destination. I have affordably shipped several large pieces of furniture as far as the West Coast utilizing a white glove service. Insurance is always included.

For deliveries within the NYC area, I always deliver and install the piece myself.

Again, contact me so that we can arrange the best shipping option.
Refunds and Exchanges
All of my work is built to a high degree of craftsmanship and should be well represented by the photos on my store front. However, it is important to note that wood is a natural material and that variations in color and grain are to be expected between individual pieces of furniture. If there is a concern about material, please voice this early on in the commissioning process and I will arrange to show photos of a build in progress to avoid surprises.

If a piece is damaged upon delivery, it should be noted immediately and returns will be accepted.
