In the coming days watch for some new gemstones that I picked up at the show. There are some very pretty additions to the store such as lavender amethyst, rhodochrosite and African turquoise to name a few. If you have any questions about the items I carry just ask and I will do my best to help you out.
Reserves must be purchased within 7 days of set up. A return on a reserve listing is also subject to a 10% restocking fee.

SHIPPING-::-I make every effort to ship as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours during the week.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING-::- I ship USPS first class with tracking confirmation. If you are verified with Paypal they automatically insure your purchase. Please don't ask me to ship to another address, your package will be sent to the address you have listed with Etsy and Paypal. This is for your protection as well as mine.
I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the postal system.
I will notify you when your item(s) has shipped with the tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-::-I ship through USPS first class. If you would like any other type of shipping please contact me before you order so we can discuss those other methods. A tracking number will be sent to you when I ship your package.
You, as the buyer, are responsible for any customs fees, as I will not mark your package as "Gift". This is FRAUD. Please allow anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks for delivery. I am not responsible for lost or damaged items once your package is in the hands of the postal system.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES-::-Returns will be accepted up to 10 days from purchase with prior authorization. As of Sept 1 2014 you will receive a refund of the purchase price of the beads less a 15% restocking fee and minus Etsy and Paypal fees. Sorry but there are no exceptions. You are also responsible for any and all shipping fees incurred.

FEEDBACK-::-I will always leave feedback for your purchases, I think it is very important and I hope you will do the same. If you have a problem with your purchase please contact me first before leaving feedback so that whenever possible we can resolve the issue.
