Unique, fun and fantastical artworks.

Made up of two friends who have known each other since 1999 despite having absolutely nothing in common Whatsoever. David Jermey is the sculptor and Peter takes care of the moulding, casting, painting, packing, web site design, Ebay, Etsy, Folksy, Facebook, ordering supplies….come to think of it this is a bit one sided!!

SummerIsle Design was formed in 2012 and operates from a unique art studio located in a magical forest deep in the heart of 1066 country Hastings. Inspired by Pagan tradition, fantasy books and films plus local traditions such as ‘Jack in the Green’ and ‘Pirate Day’.

    I spent many years unhappily working in a retail bank, then ,one evening, thanks to a fortuitous conversation with my old friend Dave over a few pints we came up with this! I also play and lead a samba band in Hastings but don't hold that against me
