Me!
Design, Print, Stitch, Quilt
Many moons ago, when my boys were tiny, when I needed something else to keep me sane, I discovered Etsy. I was dabbling in mixed media paper collages then and much to my surprise they were a real success. This brought me to the attention of art directors from large companies which led to being commissioned to design stationery, food packaging and a book cover.
I began experimenting with a Print Gocco to add more of a 'screen print' feel to my collages which then set me down the path of designing and printing my own fabric panels, which I still do today.
I am currently doing an MA in Textile Design at Norwich Uni of the Arts which has led to experimentation and exploration with different materials and surfaces. I’m most inspired by living on a farm and my work tends to reflect this. My new designs are based on weathered textures, waste materials and crop growth.

Additional policies and FAQs
*PLEASE NOTE: The base cloth I use has a natural cotton seed fleck and the density of the flecks can vary from bolt to bolt, sometimes even metre to metre. If you order multiple fabrics, you may receive a slightly different coloured background. If this is going to be a problem, please let me know so I can make sure the backgrounds match as closely as possible.
