1. Please keep communication short and sweet :) We're usually pretty quick to respond. A single message thread works best.

2. All of our items can be personalized. Use the personalization box if available OR in the message to seller AT CHECKOUT-- it will attach to your order. Add any short instructions there too.

3. Customizing your gift outside of the templated designs you see in the listing pictures may delay production, may delay shipping, and may add extra costs for custom graphics.

4. We use Etsy Messages to communicate. Keep an eye on your spam folder if you have placed an order. Sometimes we try to reach YOU. Respond to us in Etsy Messages. If we don't hear back from you, we may need to cancel your order.

5. PLEASE double check your shipping address to make sure it's correct.

ENGRAVED ITEM: large, ALL BLACK...yes BLACK-ONLY (black elements on a white background) is what we need. Colors won't work. Grays won't work. PDF vector files work best. NOTE: If your file is super tiny and looks blurry or fuzzy when you look at it... it won't work
GOLF BALLS: 300dpi Images (jpg) at least 4" x 4" or Full-Color vector PDF files work best (.AI .EPS).
