I didn’t read the description closely enough and accidentally ordered something just a bit different than what I needed. I asked the seller for a return label and they were very polite and gladly sent me the label. I have had a great experience and will purchase from them again.

All Pillows come complete with inserts. All Pillows are sewn oversize but can still be +/- 1/2 inch depending on the bounce/stretch in the fabric.
Custom and personalized orders
All Sunbrella Sizes classed as Custom are non-returnable example-Bolsters, Custom Kid Size 10x10
What are your Return Policies
All returns must be post marked within 14 days of delivery. Pillows must be unused with law label tags attached. *All orders over $150 may incur a 10-25% restocking fee*
Custom products including Bolsters, Kids Size Pillows, Custom Size Orders are all Non-Returnable.
Customers pays all return shipping costs.
