Returns and exchanges
I understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you are dissatisfied, please return the item in its original packaging and condition within 7 days of item receipt. Please alert me by email in advance of return shipment. I'll be glad to exchange the items or refund your purchase price, less any shipping fees paid.
I kindly request that you allow me the opportunity to exchange or refund your merchandise in lieu of leaving neutral or negative feedback.
Payment
Immediate payment is much appreciated. During checkout, click on the 'Buy Now' button to pay. If payment is delayed, please send me a message so that we can work things out.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me to discuss the details. Cancellations are no problem, as long as work has not yet begun on a custom order. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me immediately to prevent shipping costs back and forth.
Shipping
Insurance is available upon request, at an additional cost. If you would like to purchase insurance just let me know, I can send you a revised shipping invoice. Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for items once they are shipped. Please contact me to purchase insurance if this is a concern.
Sending as a gift? Not a problem.
I would be glad to send your purchase as a gift directly to the address you provide. Upon checkout, please let me know if this is a gift and specify the recipient’s mailing address. I will gladly gift wrap the item(s).
