Hi, my main shop is my artisan jewelry shop - jewelrybymignon.etsy.com
I started my second shop because it is my dream to one day have my own brick and mortar antiques and sundries shop, where I will also sell my jewelry as well. :)

The jewelry you wear should be as unique as you are and what better way to define your style than by wearing artist designed jewelry!!!

Artisans need to be able to reach people and touch their lives. If artist-created jewelry cannot make the heart smile, then it has no point. The same goes for my second shop. I want to touch your heart and leave you with a smile.

Payment
Payment is expected immediately. This is greatly appreciated. The item or items will be relisted in 5 days if no payment has been be received. Please contact me if there is an issue and I MAY extend your time.
Shipping
Standard shipping to buyers within the U.S. is USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation.

Standard shipping to international buyers is USPS First Class International, which unfortunately does not include tracking.

Unless an item is custom ordered, which requires extra time to make, shipment is made within 48 hours, and usually within 24 hours of payment verification, Monday-Friday excluding holidays.

I can ship registered mail, which provides tracking, to specified destinations outside the U.S. The following USPS fee schedule applies:

Hi, please know your country's import tax laws. I will not ask a shop owner to list a purchase bought by me as a gift, so please do not ask me to do that either. I give the same level of respect I expect to receive. Thanks for your understanding.
Refunds and Exchanges
Insurance

Insurance on your shipped package is highly recommended as I cannot be responsible for damages and losses that occur once a package has been mailed!
Returns
Please be aware that different computers DO have variation in color pigments. Please ask all questions prior to purchasing. Partial refunds (minus shipping and shipping material costs, paypal, and Etsy costs) may be considered, AND in the instance where a COMPLETE refund or exchange occurs - the returned artpiece(s) will have to be in original condition and in all of the orginal packing - ziplock, box, and mailer, including any free gifts that were sent with purchase AND shipped just as safely packed as I mailed it originally. A buyer has 3 days from the date the USPS determines as the day of delivery confirmation to contact me and request a refund. Custom made orders 'may' be refundable or partially refundable depending on the circumstances - basically, custom order refunds are decided in a case-by-case basis.

I want you to be happy with your purchase and become a return customer, so please ask all questions before making a purchase AND should there be an unexpected issue after a sale, then please contact me.

Attention sellers, if you do not leave me feedback (obviously positive feedback) in a timely manner, then I will not buy from you again. Attention buyers, short of an unforeseen emergency of not being able to get to my computer, i.e. family emergency, I will leave you feedback the first time I see you have left me feedback and I check my store several times a day. It only takes a few seconds and it lets you know that I care about my business, care about you as a customer, and want to keep you as a customer.
