I am happy to create custom and personalized orders. However, the processing time may be extended depending on the nature of your order and if materials must be purchased in order to create your custom/personalized order.

If an item appears as sold, you can contact me and I will see if I have the materials to remake a wreath similar to the one you want. It will not be exactly like the wreath you saw because each item is handmade and one-of-a-kind. However, it will be very close if not better.

I use quality materials that are made to last. All of my wreaths are well made so that even with outdoor use, they will last. The back of the wreath is tidy and should not scratch your door or other surface. Because every item is handmade individually, I am able secure everything with either glue, chenille stems or florist wire and the wreath should look new for a long time.

The materials I use in my wreaths are durable for moderate outdoor exposure. I recommend hanging it on an exterior door that has either coverage from a slight overhang or a porch. You may want to bring your wreath indoors if you know a storm with strong winds and rain is approaching. Light showers should not affect your wreath adversely. Of course, sunlight will fade items over a period of time. But you should be able to enjoy your wreath for 3-4 seasons before it shows signs of fading.

The sizes of my wreaths are included in the item description. Each item is measured before I list it in my Etsy shop. If you need additional measurements or details, please contact me and I will respond with the information you request.

Each wreath or lantern swag is packaged in a sturdy corrugated cardboard box and wired into the box to ensure minimal movement during shipping. Naturally, bows and ribbons may need to be "fluffed" when your shipment arrives. So I include fluffing instructions and other helpful information with your item.

I ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and your shipment should arrive within 2-5 business days, insurance included. REMEMBER: a physical address is required to ship using any of these methods.

Be sure to plan your purchase carefully when trying to meet a deadline such as a holiday or birthday. Remember that delivery can be delayed by the carrier due to inclement weather, which is out of our control.

All sales with HomeSunflowerDesigns are final. However, we believe in our products and stand by them. Since all items are handmade, it is possible that a wreath may have a defect. In that case, you may exchange your item in its original packaging for another wreath of the same value, or be refunded the full purchase price. Refunds will not be handled until your item is shipped back to us.

You must contact HomeSunflowerDesigns within 2 business days of the receipt of your item in order for your refund or exchange to be processed.

If your purchase is damaged in shipping, a refund or exchange will be arranged for you. You must contact us within 2 business days of the receipt of your item. A photo of the damaged item must be submitted to us, in order for us to file a claim with the carrier. Once we have received the damaged merchandise from you, we will process either your refund or your exchange.
