I suggest to purchase ribbons or fabrics color swatches so that you can see the color "in person" before you place any order.
Be aware that rhinestones, beads, pearls, and all other details are may be subject to change.
The details are made by hand so every one of them is unique.
There may be just slight differences in a piece you'll receive from the ones shown in the listings.
I cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the postal service, unless a package is insured. Insurance is not included in most standard shipping prices.
Please let me know if you wish to add postal insurance.
All shipping costs, including return shipping costs, are to be paid by the buyer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable!
Payment
Sellers never receive your credit card information.
Sales tax will be added to all orders being shipped to several states including TX, WA, OK, MN, PA.
Shipping
It usually takes 3-5 business days for shipping in the U.S.
Every package shipped within the U.S. has a tracking number.
I cannot be held responsible for missing or lost packages.
I have no way of knowing if the product was really not received if the tracking says it was.
If you haven't received a package while the tracking info states it's delivered, please, contact your local post office and make an inquiry.
It's the fastest and more helpful way to find your package.
You can request a signature required delivery for extra fees. Please contact me for pricing.
International shoppers:
International shipping is available only to Canada. I do not ship any other country besides the USA and Canada.
Estimated shipping time to Canada is 7-10 business days (it depends on the customs).
Please, BE AWARE that there may be additional fees or taxes charged by the customs. You are responsible for all customs fees and taxes.
Also, I will not mark a custom's form as a "gift". This is an illegal practice and the fines and risk are not worth it to me.
When I ship a package to Canada, I have to fill up a Custom Form, and the USPS international First class mail has NO Tracking Number, it only provides Custom Form Number that does not give information about a parcel when it left the U.S. territory.
However, now the price for international shipping will include Insurance.
I DON'T ship any RUSH orders internationally, only by regular mail, sorry for any inconvenience!
