Ordered these on 4/24 and I received them on 4/29 - very pleased with the quick turn-around especially given so many things being delayed and shut down right now. The fabric patterns are adorable and I cannot get over just how soft the fabric is as well! My face will be thankful not to be dealing with scratchy/stiff paper-type masks anymore. Very pleased with the product!

Returns and exchange details

If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Refund, exchange or store credit (full refund less shipping costs) will be issued if the item is returned to us in original condition within 14 days. There are NO RETURNS on custom orders.

Payment

PayPal, credit cards, checks and money orders are welcome. If a credit card is your chosen method of payment, please choose PayPal, and follow the instructions for credit card payments. You do NOT need a Paypal account to pay for your order through Paypal! All payments must clear before shipping. Florida residents will see an additional 6% sales tax added to their purchase through Paypal.

Shipping

We ship worldwide via USPS first class mail within 3 business days. Priority shipping, delivery confirmation and insurance are available at an additional cost. If you would like to add any of these shipping options, please convo us and we will send you an adjusted invoice.
Please note, unless you request insurance for your order, we are not responsible for any lost items in the mail.
