Payment
I accept PayPal, all major credit cards, money orders and personal checks.
If you pay through PayPal and the address on Etsy does not match the one on PayPal, I will ship to the address you have listed on Etsy unless you tell me otherwise.
Please note that I do not ship items before receiving payment. Therefore, if paying with a check or money order, it will probably take longer for your item to ship.
Shipping
I ship through USPS, within 2 days of receiving payment. Once the item is shipped, it will probably take 2-3 business days for it to reach you if you're in the U.S. and probably about a week outside of the U.S.

If for some reason you need it sooner than that, please send me a message and we may be able to work something out.

I will not ship an item before receiving payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
If there was a problem with your item, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order so that we can discuss the problem and a solution, whether it be a full or partial refund or an exchange.

If you never received your item, please contact me within 10 days of when you believe you should have received it and we can discuss a refund or replacement.
