I accept major credit cards via "direct checkout", PayPal and Etsy Gift Cards. Please note that if payment is not received within 7 days of purchase, the order will be cancelled and the item(s) re-listed.
I ship via USPS and prices include the postage, insurance and packaging costs, which I aim to keep at a minimum.
Customs Fees and Taxes, if ordering from outside of the United States, are NOT included in the purchase price of any item in my store. It is your responsibility to pay these charges when you receive your package. I will not lie on customs forms so please, don't ask. It is a $10,000 fine per infraction, and or 5 years in jail.
Lost packages are non-refundable and I am more than willing to work with you on a replacement item, usually at a minimal charge should the need arise. All products are insured for the entire amount of the products value. I will provide a tracking number so you and I can help figure out where it is if necessary. If I receive a refund for the lost item I will gladly return your purchase price, less the shipping cost if applicable.
Damaged packages or product will need to be returned to me in their original packaging within 7 business days for consideration of a refund or exchange. Upon receipt, I will examine the damange and issue a full or partial refund less any shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
ALL baby mobiles that are NOT custom requests MUST BE INSPECTED for damage and any quality issues within 3 days. I cannot refund or exchange items beyond 2 weeks. Any insurance claims must be documented and communicated within that time frame. Please consider this when purchasing a baby mobile.
Refunds and Exchanges
All my items are hand made by me personally and I take great care in making each item. Handmade is not "perfect". If for any reason you are not satisfied, I will happily work with you on a replacement item or a refund if that is necessary.
ALL custom items and personalized products in my shop are NON REFUNDABLE. I take great pride in my work and will not sell you something that I would not buy myself. I will make every effort to ensure your complete satisfaction when purchasing a custom made item. You may read the feedback from my customers on the "reviews" tab.
There is a 20% fee for custom designs I work on for you that you do NOT end up purchasing. My time is valuable and I cannot create custom items for free. At least until I hit the lottery :)
Custom items must be purchased in advance. I can offer a 50/50 (layaway) listing for custom designs. A 20% custom fee applies.
Returns and exchanges are on a case by case basis. I understand issues arise so I am happy to work with you on such requests. Please contact me via a convo.
