However the transaction was easy and they were very helpful when I reached out to them concerning not receiving the item. I might recommend using something other than USPS as mail theft hit me hard during Christmas.

She checked with me to make sure I wanted the colors I picked out before making the stuffed animal, made sure everything was correct and what I wanted, and helped me pick out colors by showing me a variety of colors that went together. Our family has been ordering these birth announcement stuffed animals for years and they always are so perfect. Thank you again!

Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production time varies for each item. Click the "Shipping & Policies" tab within each listing to view current production times. Once the item has shipped it generally takes 1-3 business days for Priority Mail packages and 2-5 business days for items that are shipped first class. I cannot guarantee items by a certain date since I have no control over travel times once the items are shipped.
Custom and personalized orders
We’ll send you a digital proof of how your design will look when it’s on your product. Your proof will feature the art sized to scale, so it's the closest representation of how the product you order will look. We do our best to review each proof for errors, but we ask you to look over your proof, too. Check it to make sure everything looks good to you, including: spelling, color, font size and spacing.
Why do we ask you to look all of this over? Because Brenda Goodier Designs cannot be held responsible for any errors on proofs that you approve. In addition, Brenda Goodier Designs cannot be held responsible for any damages that may be incurred as a result of the error or mistake after the order has been produced and accepted by you.
