Hello from SunshinExpressions! A smoke-free/pet-free environment where I try to bring sunshine into every item I make for you!

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept payment by PayPal..

I make and ship items out only after I have received payment. If you have any questions about the checkout process or change your mind after placing an order, please contact me so that I can assist you with the payment process or cancel the order if you wish.

If payment hasn't been made within 7 days of placing an order, with no email correspondence, I will cancel the order.

I do not include a printed packing slip with orders (as many of them are gifts and I am saving the planet)
**If you would like one for your records you can print one from here or from PP.

**International customers** will be responsible for paying any and all customs charges, import duties, taxes, handling fees and anything similar that your order may incur.
Shipping
I will ship your order to the address listed in your ETSY RECEIPT, not your Paypal address. Please make sure it is the correct address. If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, I will have to charge for shipping again.

Items are shipped on Wednesdays and Saturdays generally within 3 days of receiving payment. I will send you a confirmation email after your order has been shipped. My items are packaged in clear cellophane packaging and shipped in a new or recycled shipping box.

There is no tracking number on packages unless you pay for expedited or express shipping.


EXPRESS SHIPPING
If you need an item to arrive sooner, I can offer express shipping options at a reasonable cost. Please contact me for details prior to making a purchase.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. However, I will replace small orders free of charge. For larger orders and larger items, items will be replaced only if you purchase an insured shipping option or pay a small fee to cover the additional cost. Going by U.S.A. guidelines, I will consider a package lost if it has not arrived 6 weeks after the shipping date. I ship replacements only after the full six weeks.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
Larger items that are shipped outside of the United States may incur additional fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, or customs charges. Since I cannot predict or calculate these charges, the buyer is responsible for their payment should they occur. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Majority of shipping is USPS Priority & UPS for larger items.

IF there is any damage during shipping "no worries" -- contact me asap & we will get your claim filed & I will let you know how to proceed (as different companies have different policies)
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds/Exchanges are accepted within 14 days.
Minus the shipping charges + customer pays for return shipping and the items must arrive undamaged.

Let me know ASAP -- Damaged items will be refunded -OR- replaced upon notification. E-mail me a photo of the damage (or you could mail the pieces back) and we can discuss how you want to proceed.
**Some of the larger items shipped via UPS will be picked up by their driver along with the packaging materials in order to proceed with the claim.
Additional policies and FAQs
Products are packaged in clear cellophane packaging and then shipped so that it is delivered in perfect condition and ready to be given as gifts. Please keep in mind that all products are handmade. Variances may occur, that is the beauty of it!
