I accept payments through Paypal, credit, debit cards and Etsy gift cards through direct checkout.

All orders will be shipped through Greek Postal Service as REGISTERED MAIL.

Registered mail comes with tracking number.

Registered Mail means the postman will come to your home to deliver directly to you. If you are not there, a note will be left for you to go and pick your item from your nearest post office.In cases where package is kept at the customer's local post office, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the item. No refunds shall be issued for non-collected items.

All orders will be shipped to your ETSY ADDRESS provided.
If your PayPal and Etsy addresses are different, PLEASE let me know which one is the correct one.

Customers are responsible for all customs and duties.

For international orders, especially US and Australia please allow 2 -3weeks for delivery. Please note this is an average delivery estimate given by the Postal Services. Your parcel may arrive a little faster, or a little later. At certain times of the year, such as Christmas, delivery may be delayed further as postal services worldwide are slowed down by many more parcels to deliver than usually.

Unfortunately, delays in the postal service and during holidays are out of my control and thus I cannot be responsible for them.

No refunds will be made until six weeks of nondelivery from date of shipment has passed.
