Orders WITHOUT insurance that may be damaged or lost in shipping are NOT the responsibility of SupplyEmporium. We have been told to expect even more delays as the Post Office concentrates on its Priority deliveries.
SupplyEmporium ships Monday - Friday. Most orders placed by 2pm Friday will go out with the Friday orders.

To avoid unnecessary shipping costs to you, if you have more than one order in the same day (between 5pm - 9am the next day), IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to inform us by leaving a message on your order or via Etsy convo. Message on your order is the best way as we are busy filling orders and may not see convos sent after orders are printed. We'll make every attempt to combine and refund excess S&H charges but will not refund shipping excess if we miss one and you have not notified us.
