I bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend. She was very pleased with it. As an Artist herself, she commented upon the skill involved. It was posted promptly and direct to her home, with a handwritten note.

Living a colourful creative dream....!
Welcome to my shop story! ~ My name is Emily and I'm the maker/owner of Supremily Jewellery. I chose this name for my business as Supremily is a nickname given to me by friends...like supremely but with a twist!
My Etsy shop was opened just after my 25th birthday, back in 2010, and within a month of making I had quit my full time job (in a boring pharmaceutical lab grinding tablets!) and jumped straight into the deep end of running a self employed business. Everyone thought I was very brave, taking a big risk and was slightly mad... I knew I wasn't, I just had a passionate vision of a better life...and so created one! Life is too special to spend it doing something you don't like or even care about or that doesn't bring oodles of joy on a daily basis! I started out on Etsy selling jewellery and dreadlock beads. I've now separated the dread beads into their own shop here on Etsy called 'The Dread Bead Shop!'.
I started at the local markets every weekend selling my creations to visitors and residents in the North East of England. I had about three necklaces, two bracelets and a few beads and studs for sale! Not having another job to support me, I had to work and work each day to better my skills and produce more stock to then be able to buy more clay. Every penny I made went back into the business. It became a little obsession.....I needed a stall.....a car to fit the stall in......more clay.......work work work.
Now nearly 7 years on, my little business continues to grow and evolve. My work was chosen to feature in Vogue Magazine in 2012 after two years as a polymer clay artist. I was overwhelmed!
2017 is set to be a very exciting year for me ~ I'm taking my stall to more festivals than ever this year....most to be announced very soon but hoping I'm back in at Glastonbury, Eden, WOMAD, Green Gathering and Kelburn Garden Party. Follow on facebook and instagram @supremilyjewellery to find out where I'll be! I also trade in different city centres....find me in Newcastle, Nottingham and Durham to name but a few!
Thanks for taking the time to read this ~ I hope you enjoy looking through my creations!
