Welcome to Surf House Knits! My hope is that my knitted goods will keep you and your loved ones cozy, comfortable and stylish without feeling like you are breaking the bank doing so. I am a stay at home mom, with 20 years of knitting knowledge. I was taught by my grandmother who was and still is an incredible knitter and craftswoman. I am blessed that she passed her knowledge of the craft down to me.
I understand that there is a lot of competition out there; as a result I strive to provide excellent customer service. You, the customer are my top priority. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions that you may have regarding posted items, or custom requests. I will do my utmost to make you feel at ease with any order you may make.
Regarding the product, I only sell items that I love and would wear myself. The materials used to make each one are chosen by me based on quality, not cost. If you see something that you like, but would prefer a different material, please do not hesitate to message me, I will do my best to meet your request!

I want you to LOVE your items! If you aren't happy, I'm not happy! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it to me within 7 days in it's *original* condition for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges, and original postage will not be refunded.

Shipping
All items will be shipped via USPS first class. Orders marked "ready to be shipped" will be sent within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays), all other items will be sent within 5-7 business days. If I anticipate any kind of delay I will notify you in advance.
