Susabella

Susabella was founded by Susan Shapiro in November 2011. She previously owned a graphic and web design business for nearly ten years. After having her son she decided to take a break but missed having a creative outlet. Her mother-in-law who has done pottery for years, encouraged her to take a class and that's how it all began (thanks Margaret!). She soon discovered that she could blend her love of all things wedding, baby, home and pottery related into a new business crafting heirloom accessories and gifts.

Susabellas donates a portion of all proceeds to FeedingAmerica.org which provides meals to low income families.

    Susabella was founded by Susan Shapiro in November 2011. She began taking pottery classes and discovered that she could blend her love of all things wedding, baby, home and pottery related into a new business crafting heirloom accessories and gifts.

    Steve helps make all of our items and also comes up with new design ideas. Not only is he my twin brother but my right hand man. I couldn't do it without him! In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his husband Chris and their dog, Newton.

    Heidi helps us ship and does graphic design work for our keepsake boxes every week. She pays incredible attention to details, helps come up with new design ideas and even brings in homemade cookies! We love having Heidi as part of our team.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

We love our customers and want you to be 100% happy with your experience. We do not accept exchanges or returns because of the customization of our items. However, if you are not satisfied please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we'll do our very best to make you happy!
Payment
We accept PayPal and Etsy direct checkout.

Please note that you do NOT need a PayPal account to use PayPal. You can pay directly through PayPal with your credit or debit card.

Please follow the link in your Etsy order through to the Paypal site to complete your transaction. Your order is not completed and won't be processed until then. You will receive an email and receipt from Paypal confirming your payment has been made.

E-checks can take up to a week or more to clear through Paypal. Please allow time for this to happen before your order is filled and shipped.

Shipping
We ship almost all of our items USPS Priority mail, which usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive (per USPS guidelines). If you require tracking or other shipping services please let me know and payment for rush shipping can be arranged. Please note for international orders we are not responsible for any additional custom charges that might occur or lost international packages.

PERSONALIZATION

Please specify the personalized message or initials in the message or the notes to seller section of the order. If you forget to add the personalized text, please send a message with your invoice link and the custom text you would like.

Where to add personalization, amendments or notes on order:

Please enter any personalization information required (names, date, verse, sentiment, template color change) in this section. Can I change the print color on the keepsake boxes?

The text on the boxes are only available in the color shown which is a deep brown/sepia color. It looks really nice with the white box and gives it a timeless and classic look.

I need an order faster than your lead time - can you rush it?

We can almost always rush an order if you need it quickly. Please contact us with the date you need it by and your location.

Do I need to request a custom order if I want to personalize or change the text?

You do not need to request a custom order if you are only personalizing or making slight modifications to the text. You can add your custom text to the notes to seller section when you check out.

Where do I add my custom text for my order?

Please include it in the 'notes to seller' section when checking out.

Can I send my order directly to the gift recipient with a gift note?

Yes! We can mail a gift directly to the recipient. Please include the recipient's address in the shipping section and add the gift note to the 'notes to seller' section. We also won't include any pricing information.

Do you ship orders internationally?

We are located in the United States but we ship all items world wide. Please note for international orders we are not responsible for any additional custom charges that might occur. We do not know if or when a package will be charged or taxed and it's not part of the shipping cost.

Do you check my custom text for spelling and grammatical errors?

No, we are not able to proof read each order. Please CHECK ALL SPELLING AND GRAMMAR, we are not responsible for those errors (including spell check errors).
