5 out of 5 starsGreat experience!! Owner was in constant communication and very receptive to questions. Great workmanship! Owner had it made in time even with Valentines Day orders. Only negative would be USPS, despite Susan mailing it in a very timely fashion, USPS delayed the order with no reason offered as to why! If you need item to arrive by a specific time frame recommend asking owner to use Fedex or UPS (even if you have to pay extra to have it delivered on time!) would not trust USPS with timely delivery during winter season.

Hand Stamped Personalized and Mixed Metals Jewelry
Hi ... I am the Susan In Susan K Jewelry. I am a mother of two wonderful boys. They are young men now. I live in Chagrin Falls. Ohio
Ever since I was a child I had to explore and learn any artistic media available. It was a rock tumbler that i received around 10-12 years old that got me interested in jewelry making. I used to collect rocks and tumble them until the luster was perfect! I would then add the bails to turn them into a necklace. As I grew older into my teen years I got into beading. It was the 70s' after all and wasn't everyone beading ?
Years went by where I had cast all of the jewelry making aside busy with the family and explored other creative forms but jewelry kept calling me back. So about 12 years ago I went back to take a class to get started again and that is when I explored working with metals. There is something about working with a torch (fire) and hammering away and the textures that one can create that draws me in. I love working with mixing metals and hand stamping with personalization. I love the stories that go along with them and feel a connection to them whether happy or sad.
