Sculptural, inventive, organic.
I am a Chicago based artist and jeweler. My work reflects a deep connection to the forms and colors of the natural world. I use natural specimens as well as textures and shapes that I create as my building blocks. I combine these elements into new sculptural forms. Stones are cut and/or selected for their color and figure. Using traditional metalsmithing techniques of fabrication and casting, I hand form each jewelry piece.
I strive to create pieces that offer the wearer a reminder of the delicate and transient gifts nature gives us.
