A little bit about the daydreaming girl behind the camera -

My name is Susannah, and I love to take photos. I love to add texture and words to create whimsical images that could be from another time...another world. I keep a pen and paper with me at all times - nearly all of my words come from conversations with my 2 children. I love the colour blue. I love watching the clouds drift across a blue sky, and spring blossoms, roadtrips, mixed tapes, ice cream on a hot day, diving into a bright blue swimming pool. I love coffee, and chocolate, and a glass of wine at 5pm on Friday. I love snuggling on the couch and watching a movie with the kids. I love how much my daughter loves to draw. I love listening to my little guy come up with things he knows will make us laugh. I love watching my husband play drums. I love the beach, and hanging out with my best girl friends to chat, listen, laugh. I love Melbourne, where I met my husband and where I lived for 6 years. Half of my heart will always be in Melbourne. But I love where we now live – small town New Zealand...where we are surrounded by wide open sky and hot air balloons.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Damage - If your item is damaged in the post I will replace it at no extra cost, I do ask however you send me a photo of the damage so I can lodge a claim with the postal service and arrange a replacement with my lab.

Unfortunately I am not able to accept exchanges or refunds, so please choose carefully. All sales are final. If your order is damaged in the post, then the 'Damage' clause above is applicable.
Payment
All items will be shipped within the timeframe stated in each listing, following date of receipt of payment. Most items are shipped sooner. Payment is accepted through Direct Checkout, Etsy Gift Cards, and Paypal. If you pay by e-cheque through Paypal I will wait until the payment has cleared before shipping your order.
Shipping
International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. These are not the responsibility of Susannah Tucker. Orders are shipped by Air International Post with NZ Post, this service does not include international tracking.

I ship to the address provided in the Etsy receipt, unless you notify me otherwise.

All items are wrapped prettily, and shipped (from New Zealand) in protective packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Photographs are placed in a self sealing art bag with a cardboard backing sheet to keep them flat during shipping. They are then posted inside a NZ Post approved cardboard mailer.

Photo blocks are wrapped in tissue paper, brown kraft paper, placed inside a plastic bag, and wrapped in bubble wrap, and are shipped in a NZ Post approved bubble mailer. Larger orders are wrapped as above and shipped in a NZ Post approved cardboard box.

Canvases are printed and shipped in the USA, and shipped directly to you from my printers. Canvases are only available to customers in the USA. Please open and inspect your canvas as soon as it arrives. If there are any problems contact me immediately so I can resolve the issue with my lab.

Photo lockets are made and shipped from Lori's studio in the USA.

I encourage you to recycle all packaging materials. I use recycled materials where ever possible.

All international orders are shipped by NZ Post Airmail. This is not tracked or registered. If you would like an order sent via registered mail please contact me and I will obtain a quote for you. All items are insured through Airmail, if something goes missing I will replace the item(s), or refund you in full (including your original shipping costs). I do ask that we wait 6 weeks from date of shipping before replacing (or refunding) as nearly all parcels turn up within this time.
