    Hi and welcome to my shop. All my ceramics are designed, handmade, finished and packaged by me in my home studio. It is my aim to create high quality items that are unique and bring a smile to your face!

    Accepted payment methods

    Returns and exchanges
    As my ceramics are completely handmade, there will sometimes be slight variations in colour, size and designs. All efforts are made to accurately show and describe each piece. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase and your item is not as you expected, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to fix the situation. If you are still unhappy, you may return the unused, undamaged item within 7 days of receipt, and I will refund the purchase price. I will not be able to refund shipping costs.

    In the unlikely event of the piece being damaged in transit, please take a photo of the damaged item and box and contact me immediately. I am happy to replace any items that have been damaged due to shipping as long as you contact me as soon as you receive the item and provide images.
    Payment
    I accept paypal and all major credit cards, including payment via direct checkout.
    Shipping
    Ready made items ship 1-3 working days via Australia Post. Please check your order for shipping dates on made-to-order items. For international buyers, please allow 3 weeks for delivery, however most parcels arrive within 10 business days. If you think your parcel is taking longer than expected, please check with the post office as it will be held for you if no-one is home to accept delivery. In the instance where a parcel is uncollected and returned to me, I will refund the amount of the order less the actual shipping costs, provided the items are in the original, undamaged condition. As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs tax that you may incur upon delivery to your country.

    Due to the high cost, tracking and insurance on international orders do NOT come as standard and need to be purchased if required. Orders over $200AUD may also attract an insurance cost. Please message me to request a quote, as costs vary depending on destination and the weight of the parcel. Without tracking, I am only able to confirm delivery after a period of 3 months from the shipping date, and in the very rare case of a lost parcel, I will only take action after this period of time has lapsed.

    Shipping costs are an estimate only, as the final cost depends on the total weight of the parcel and includes the cost of packing materials. . If the actual cost of shipping is lower than the amount paid, I will refund the difference. If actual shipping costs are significantly higher than the estimate, as in the case of large orders which often need to be sent in more than one box, I reserve the right to request additional shipping costs. In this instance, the customer can request the order to be cancelled.
