Bienvenue and welcome ~~ Most of what you find in my shop are one of a kind finds. In addition to unusual items, I also refurbish and recycle or upcycle furniture, fixtures and other goods that are designed to make your "C'EST LA VIE" better everyday. I will always try to offer the best quality and value, everyone should
find a little something to enhance their joie de vivre.

I am ALWAYS INTERESTED in your feedback and to hear about what you would like to see in the shop. My wares ALWAYS have personal meaning to me, that is meant to be shared with you. That also means that my choices usually reflect my taste, which sometimes overlooks what you may like, your personal requests are welcome. I will announce when I am going to France, if you have something particular or special in mind, i'd be happy to try to find it for you. (I have fantastic family shoppers that can find most anything...) I will be heading over the end of this month, so if you'd like to contact me, feel free, love hearing from new folks.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I NEVER PUT SHIPPPING CHARGES ON THE LISTING. This is so that you can benfit by choosing the method, amount of time, and cost that are best for you and the purchase you have made. So if you email me first, I will arrange shipping with you and then adjust the listing to include shipping and insurance when desired.

Am happy to ship internationally, Please be aware that the USPS cannot track packages once they leave our shores, in which case another shipper may be a better choice. Also that there are added costs to the shops when we ship internationally, currency fees, and paypal charges additional as well. Depending on the item, currency and destination, could slightly alter the price. Finally, you may incur customs fees, these are imposed by your home country and it is the buyers responsibility to deal with charges or paperwork on the receiving end.

I email each customer when their parcel has been sent and ask that you let me know that your package has reached you in tact. Please do let me know so that I can be sure I have a happy customer at your end.

With fragile items it is best to insure. In most cases I do not have replacements, so for items such as glassware, faience, crystal, furniture, best to insure. For items valued over $100.00 it is also best to insure and it is not particularly expensive. In these cases, I will include the cost of insurance in the shipping quote. Once the items are shipped, they become the responsibility of the shipper, with insurance, you are covered for any mishap. (Have had none to date).

Am happy to combine shipping costs for multiple items. Always glad to save you a few dollars, euros, etc...Just let me know and i'll be happy to calculate for you.
Refunds and Exchanges
You will find that my listings are very descriptive, particularly highlighting anything that may be noteworthy or flawed about the item. Almost everything in the shop is vintage or antique, it is part of the charm and the reason why you choose it rather than a new item. Do not hesitate to contact me to ask all you can (including photos) about any item BEFORE you purchase it, that way, refunds become moot.

If for any reason you are truly unhappy with your order, an exchange or store credit is available to you. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item(s). I will try to resolve whatever concerns you may have. In the event a credit or exchange is agreed upon, it is the responsibility of the buyer to send the item back at their expense.
