In spite of communicating to the purchaser that Covid struck my household and that the order would be delayed, she clearly wasn't going to be happy no matter what. As a small business owner and single parent I find it necessary to sometimes remind buyers that I am not Amazon. I do the best I possibly can, if you look at all the other reviews they speak for themselves. When someone gives a one star review, maybe they should think about the consequences of how it affects a single working Mom. - Susan

1 out of 5 starsI was really looking forward to the 4 prints I purchased at the end of November. I didn't receive anything until a few days before christmas. their was an issue with one of the prints (which lead to all of this). The communication was terrible. I understand some unseen circumstances occurred which was not an issue; and was more than willing to work with the situation. I was left hanging multiple times and was told the problem would be fixed; now it's February and instead of notifying me of another issue that occured at the beginning of the month finally my order was canceled. I'm annoyed that I love these prints and have bought over 10 prints and wanted to purchase more but due to these circumstances it's not worth it.
