About

I'm a self described "OCD Crafter" with a love (obsession?) of fabric.

I come from a long line of fabric hoarders and sewers. My mom got me started sewing on a lovely Viking machine, but it wasn't until years later that the sewing bug bit me. I haven't stopped sewing since! Bags and purses are my passion, but I do sew the occasional piece of clothing. I love the idea that people I don't always know are enjoying my creations!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Cancellation and order change requests can be made within one hour from the time of purchase.

Insurance is included on all orders. Insurance is provided by either the USPS or Shipsurance through Etsy.

If the item is damaged in transit, please contact me within seven days of receiving your item, so we can arrange to have it replaced or your money refunded. Please include photos of the damage. Depending on the value of your damaged item, I may need to wait until USPS or Shipsurance settles the damaged item claim.

If your item does not arrive, please contact me between 14 to 60 days after ordering. Shipping charges are refunded only for items that are damaged in transit (all orders) or that do not arrive (US orders only).

I accept returns on items shipped to a US address. Please contact me on Etsy within seven business days of receiving your order. The returned item(s) must be in saleable condition and mailed using a trackable shipping service within three business days after I respond to your return request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. I will issue a refund (minus initial shipping costs) one to two business days after I receive your package. If my shop is on vacation, the refund will be issued one to two business days after I reopen.

Sorry, but I cannot accept returns for custom orders, items shipped to an international address, destash supplies, or items from my sale/clearance section.

I do not issue refunds for lost international packages.

Once a package is confirmed as delivered, I cannot replace it if it is stolen. I will refund the order once the USPS or Shipsurance settles the insurance claim.

Exceptions to these cancellation, refund, and return policies will be considered on a case by case basis and are made at my discretion and in accordance with Etsy's policies.
Payment
Orders are shipped after your payment has cleared. You can pay via Paypal or Etsy's Direct Checkout. Paypal is preferred.
Shipping
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Please keep in mind any shipping restrictions for your country when making a purchase. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, fees, taxes, or VAT. International orders have tracking only upon request and must be paid for by the buyer.

US BUYERS: Tracking is included on all shipments sent to US addresses.

ALL BUYERS: A handling charge of $1.00 is applied to all orders shipping via First Class Mail to cover the cost of shipping insurance, which is not optional. I refund shipping overages of a $1.00 or more. I re-use clean bubble mailers and boxes whenever possible in an effort to reduce waste

Do You Sell Items with Licensed Characters?

Because of trademark restrictions, I do not sell items made from fabrics featuring licensed characters or logos. Some examples: NFL logos, NBA logos, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Dr. Who, Star Trek, Marvel, DC Comics, Disney, Hello Kitty, or Pokemon.

Why Don't You Ship to My Country?

If your country isn't on the list of places I ship to, it's because of shipping restrictions. These restrictions can vary from country to country.
