I have always created with items available to me. As a little girl in a small town in Maine, I would make things with nature as I explored the vast forest that was my backyard.

This tendency to make art with the materials available influences everything that I do. My earrings are made from branches that have been pruned by gardening friends. My blankets began from scraps of clothing. The fabric wall art utilizes old window frames and picture frames.

Each piece is one of a kind as they are made by hand, one at a time.
