Thank you for visiting my shop. Most of the items featured here are things that I have made for the sheer joy of working with beautiful yarns. I hope that you have enjoyed looking at them as much as I have enjoyed making them.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges

Should you wish to return a item, please contact me in the first instance to discuss the reason for return. Generally, I will be happy to refund any items that are returned, unused, within 14 days. (However I will be unable to refund shipping costs.)

Payment

I accept Paypal.

(Prices are shown in US Dollars, but for non-US customers, Paypal will automatically convert this to your local currency).

Shipping

I aim to ship items upon receipt of payment, usually within 1 - 2 days. For UK addresses I use first class Royal Mail. For everywhere else I use airmail.*

Please contact me if you have any special requests relating to shipping (for example I am happy to giftwrap items and send direct to recipients, if desired.)

* Please note that international buyers will be responsible for any customs fees that may be incurred.
