5 out of 5 starsI bought two candle holders to preserve my mum’s wedding bouquet. They turned out so stunning and she loved the way that so many flowers were able to be fit in, really capturing the feel of the bouquet as it was on the day. Ronnie was also amazing at keeping me in the loop at every step. Would 100% recommend.

5 out of 5 starsIf I could leave more than 5 stars I honestly would! We wanted to preserve our wedding flowers and thought these letters would be a good way of doing this... and they are! Our flowers were too big to preserve whole but Ronni found the best way to keep all the elements of our flowers and foliage. She kept me updated all the way through the process which I really appreciated and she made sure that our letters were perfect - we love them!

Custom and personalised orders
Suspended Petals would be honoured to create a truly custom piece for you, all of our work is custom and created using your own flowers from weddings, events or memorials.
Can't you just use my flowers when their fresh?
Unfortunately not, I appreciate this would speed the process extensively. However, fresh flowers & resin don't mix well. All flowers & leaves etc need to be dried before being encased in resin otherwise they will rot instantly. If you have fresh flowers we will dry them professionally for you!
Can you ship outside of the U.K?
As much as I'd love to offer my custom art work all over the world, unfortunately I cannot. Due to the long postage times, customs fees & the sending of live flowers, I cannot offer my services outside of the U.K. Any flowers sent to me would not be of good enough condition to preserve. I can however send any premade item or if you like me to purchase flowers & make you a specific item. If this is something you'd like please get in touch & we can make it happen.
Bubbles
All effort is made to remove all bubbles from every resin piece, however this is not always possible as they seem to appear from nowhere! This is unavoidable & alone would not be a cause for return or refund.
My flowers look brown, bruised or transparent.
This can happen & is an unavoidable occurrence. Flowers will likely be bumped at some point during their life, this will not always become apparent until after they are set in resin. I will always ensure I've done everything within my power to ensure damaged flowers are not used but please remember the above. Lighter coloured flowers can look transparent when put into resin, this usually happens with white flowers, this is unfortunately unavoidable. Any flower can brown slightly once in resin, as well look bruised or discoloured, these are all things out of our control & we cannot predict if this may happen with your particular flowers. This is not cause a for a refund or return.
There is lines on the side of my finished piece.
This is because resin has to be poured in layers, when resin cures it is an exothermic chemical reaction taking place. This means we cannot pour the entire piece at one time. We try our best to reduce the visibility of the lines but it is not always possible. We will never allow the lines to be on the same side as will be displayed, so when looking at your piece straight on they will not be visable.
