Accepted payment methods

I accept PayPal only.
I will ship to your Etsy address, so be sure that your address is correct (unless otherwise instructed).

I ship worldwide with Registered Mail (with tracking number).
Your signature confirmation is required upon delivery. It usually takes 7-14 days for a mail to arrive.

Items are shipped on weekdays, usually in 1-3 days after purchase, for custom orders it can take 7-10 days before shipping.

As much as I would like to, I have no control over the post office. I'm not responsible for delays or lost packages. Please contact me if any problem occurs.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange your order, items my be send back within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you. Please understand, that items that have been damaged or used cannot be accepted.
All returns must be shipped via registered mail (with tracking number), and properly packaged for protection. Shipping costs are on buyer's responsibility.

I'll refund its price via paypal when delivered back to me and if it's returned completely undamaged. You will receive a refund excluding the shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to return item.

Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons .

Items that have been personalized to your requirements are non returnable.

Please note that CUSTOM ORDERS are final and it`s not possible to return items.
