The first time I saw a glass lampwork bead, I knew that one day I would have to learn to make my own. Eight years later I had a torch, some glass rods, a how-to book by Corina Tettinger, a very cold and dark (except for a utility light hanging loosly from the ceiling) corner of my garage near Seattle, WA. I was actually making my first lampwork beads.

Many years of self teaching and classes by well-known glass artisans, international and domestic, have influenced my work. I now design my own jewelry incorporating my very own lampwork beads, copper, silver, brass and enamelsl.

I'm very proud to be where I am now with an online store front via Etsy amongst many other talented artists who have started out just like I did on a whistle and a whim - living the dream. I sell my creations online.
