For all those paying with PayPal, thank you this is the most streamlined way of payment. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal, all you need is a credit/debit card. For money orders and personal checks we like to wait until we receive payment before shipping your order.
Because our products are small, we send most items through the USPS First Class. We occasionally experience lost mail and we are made aware through a returned envelope or by the customer getting in touch with us. Please know we regret that this happens and we want all our customers to be satisfied with their experience,please have patience with us as we correct the situation.
