Hi... welcome to Suzi Scribbles! If you are considering a purchase you can be assured that i will endeavor to make it as smooth a transaction as possible!

Some listings have alternate sizes or colours, so please make sure that you have mentioned in the 'message to seller' if you require any of the other options. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or requests... I'll do my best to answer as quickly as possible... I don't sit at the computer all day but I do check a couple of times most days.

Hopefully this page will cover any questions you may have about shopping with me.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If something is wrong, I'd rather know & have the chance to put it right... please email me straight away so we can discuss the options.

If something is lost or damaged in transit I will refund or replace it... please let me know straight away & keep the packaging as 'evidence' for any post office investigation (photographs are often acceptable but if not, i will refund your postage costs).
Contact me first though, before you send anything back in the post or dispose of any packaging, so that we can discuss the best way forward.

Sorry, but custom made orders & those that are personalised for you will not be refunded unless there is a fault or mistake on my part, or there is loss or damage caused by the delivery service. If there is a problem please get in touch as there is usually a way around it.

If you are not happy with your item for whatever reason (apart from custom orders), just contact me within 14 days of receipt.... I will exchange or refund the purchase price, providing you return it to me in it's original condition. You pay the cost of return postage.
If you prefer to use an 'official' returns form, EU customers may use one available here>
Payment by PayPal preferably... you don't need a paypal account to be able to pay by credit or debit card. Also there is the option of using Etsy's Direct Checkout.

You are responsible for any customs charges or import taxes.
All items will be posted within 3 days of receiving cleared payment, unless a custom order or otherwise stated in listing.... but if you need an item by a specific date let me know & I'll make every effort... If i can't do it I will tell you.

I do combine postage for more than one item & will refund any overcharge... some items do need to be sent separately & it's difficult to allow for different weights & postal permutations. If you prefer to contact me first I can give you an accurate shipping price & prepare a personal listing if you wish.

Postage within the UK is by First Class Mail for smaller packages and either Parcel post or courier for larger orders. A signature will usually be required for orders over £20 within the UK. Special delivery (next day) can be arranged... just get in touch & I'll advise you of the price. Check that I can get a rush order written in time first.

Postage Overseas is by Airmail. Tracking is not included as standard, but is generally included for items over £50.

Expedited delivery is available~ just ask. Original work takes time, so please check if I can complete in the time frame required. For prints, where the option is already available please note that I do need time to prepare items- I won't always be able to make the Post Office or arrange collection the same day
I will try to post the same day, but sometimes it will be next day. If same day posting is critical, leave a note at checkout & I will confirm if it's possible. I can refund I if I can't do it.
Orders received by 15:00 GMT will usually be collected next working day. I may still get orders received after that printed & booked in time, but they may go the working day after.
If your country is not shown I can arrange.


I do recycle packaging where possible, so please ask if it is important that you have new packaging. Everything will be packed sufficiently to keep things dry & safe as they wing their way to you.

If you're running late with a gift, I can send it directly to the recipient... just add a note in the message to seller or convo me.
