Satisfaction is my goal! Please contact me within 15 days of ordering if you are unhappy with your purchase. I will accept a return of the item in its original condition. Return shipping expenses will be your responsibility. You must contact me before returning the purchase. Once I have received and inspected the item, I will refund the full purchase amount, minus shipping fees.
PayPal is my favorite means of payment. I accept payment with PayPal and credit card through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card: simply click next to the PayPal and credit card symbols during checkout. You will be given the option to pay by credit card without a PayPal account.

If you prefer to pay with check, I must hold your check until it clears before mailing the item. This may take up to 10 days BEFORE I can ship the item. If you are out of the U.S. I will accept ONLY PayPal.

Payment is expected within three (3) days. Shipment will be made within 48 hours upon receipt of payment. If I do not receive a payment within 3 days I will attempt to contact you. If no payment is received within 10 days, I will cancel your order and re-list the item.
I prefer to send items via U.S. mail, priority. If the item is small and does not require a box, I will just send it regular parcel post.

If your Etsy shipping address differs from your PayPal shipping address, I will attempt to contact you to clarify the correct shipping address. If you do not respond, I will use the PayPal address.

I cannot be held responsible lost or damaged packages. You may care to purchase insurance. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me. Please be advised, your purchase will be packaged very well! I take pride in my craft, therefore, I do not want to see it lost or damaged, either.
