Welcome to our shop! Swallowtail Jewellery is Mother and Daughter Karen and Emma. Our jewellery is all handmade with most pieces being one of a kind. We hope you enjoy browsing through our store.

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, Etsy gift card and paypal. Please note that payment in full is required at the time of purchase. If you pay with e-check we will wait for the check to clear before we ship your order. We post coupon codes in our shop banner. Please make sure you read the shop banner prior to purchase. We cannot refund money on coupons if you do not use them at checkout.
We ship items within 3 days of your order. Shipping is via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. We ship to the address given at the time of purchase. Our jewellery is packed in Kraft jewelry boxes with tissue paper and tied with a ribbon for gift giving. We use bubble mailers to protect the box and jewelry while it is in transit. Orders over $100 will have insurance added for your protection. We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages lost or damaged during shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with your jewelry when you receive it please convo us within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
Refunds and Exchanges will be dealt with on a case to case basis.
Shipping and handling fees as well as return postage are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are happy to make alterations such as lengthening or shortening of necklaces and bracelets etc. Please note that once we alter jewellery for you we cannot accept resquests for refunds on these items. Thank you for your understanding.
