This was a lot of work, but all in all it turned out. Very nice seller.

It is cute, but definitely a bit less durable than anticipated. No fault to the vendor--it just wasn't quite what I expected. But delivery was timely, and it is cute and will definitely be used.

I received the shirt with the road map print on the wrong side of the shirt (the front instead of the back) The seller was quick to respond stating it was a printer error and it will be resolved/resent. I haven’t received shipping info or the new shirt yet.. just hoping it makes it in time for Father’s Day :) Update: I received the new shirt in plenty of time for Father’s Day and it was printed on the correct side. The shirt does have a funny smell that hopefully goes away with washing.

Caution seller is very difficult to work with. Her profile says that she accepts returns but when I tried to return product she refused stating it was a custom product. ( it was not a custom product) . Then she said it was a seasonal product and that was the reason she wouldn't accept the return. No where in her ad or profile does it say no returns on seasonal. I had to open a case with Etsy. They agreed with me that she accepts returns. I then mailed the product back to her, tracking info said she received it and she still refused to refund my money. I had to go to Etsy customer service again and explain what was happening. My money was refunded immediately through Etsy not through the seller. I was told Etsy now has an investigation into her. BUYER BEWARE!!

Update: the seller eventually responded and rectified the issue. Terrible experience. I ordered two shirts and only one was in the package. I contacted the seller, but they will not respond to my messages. I would not recommend this shop. Very disappointed.

Customer service was exceptional!

Product arrived promptly and as described. For the $40 price tag, I was disappointed in the quality of t-shirt used to make the product. They were not very soft and were certainly chosen as seller can make the most money using a cheaper shirt. Son and husband loved the concept, but you may do well to try to make this on your own with a better quality shirt.

First, the seller was great with communication and helping me figure out how to make work a discount she offered. The shirt was well made and came so quickly! I would definitely recommend this product and shop.

I got this to send to my daughter-in-law for Mother's Day. My grandson is obsessed with trucks/cars, etc. This gift was perfect for them! They're having great fun 'road-trippin' together! I will definitely buy from this seller again.
