5 out of 5 starsThis was more work (& a lot more expensive than if I had just purchased the items to make the rug myself) than I realized. It requires a hot glue gun (we also used spray adhesive.) That said, I guess thats what happens when you really want something and wait until the last minute. Plus, in all reality, I WOULDNT HAVE gone out and purchased everything to make this on my own. So the expense is for the convenience. All said and done, my family of teens HAD FUN putting this together and it turned out REALLY GREAT. So I guess it was worth it. But Id recommend purchasing the finished product well before the holidays and would have gone this route if I had it to do over.
